The Constitution gives people the right to assemble in the Bill of Rights, so that means any group of people can meet and have meetings as long as they don't break the law. This is one of the mainstays of a democratic government. We may not agree with the group or their reasons for meeting, but they do have the right to meet unless they are planning activities against the government or want to harm others.
