If the engine is cool or cold, this is normal.
If the engine is normal operating temperature, then possibly the thermostat is jammed/stuck, an air lock maybe or a blown head gasket. You may have a faulty radiator cap also or the coolant could be too low.
If your truck is overheating!!! Then check the upper radiator and lower radiator hose's , if the lower is cooler the the upper the either the thermostat is not opening or the radiator is clogged
Pop the hood and its right there... its the thing with the cap, and a upper and lower hose on it.
Probably in a housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose
Check for a removable housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose
Your coolant system is a pressurized one so some pressure is normal, if the hose is expanding it probably needs to be replaced. Check to be sure that you have a good radiator cap that has the correct psi rating for the vehicle. If the radiator cap is venting pressure into the overflow tank and it is a proper functioning cap then there may be a head gasket issue to deal with but it sounds like what you have is normal, but the radiator hose is getting old.
Upper is hose connected to top of radiator, lower is hose connected to bottom of radiator.

Under normal circumstances it will have some pressure just less than the bottom hose. The bottom hose is directly pressurized by the water pump while the upper hose acts as a return hose to keep the water flowing through the engine block. If there is no pressure you could be low on radiator fluid (water/anti freeze mixed) or have a thermostat stuck open.

Yes. Because of the pressure cap assembly being a part of the upper hose.
