When the engine is cold, check for serpentine belt condition and tension with a flashlight and your hand by pushing on the belt at about the halfway mark between pulleys. There should be 1/2 inch or less play in the belt. Also check for cracking along the inside surface ribs of all belts. There should be 3 total belts if you have air conditioning. Any cracking along the belt ribs and the belts should be replaced and properly tensioned. If the belts look ok so far, have a helper start the vehicle while you watch the pulleys with a flashlight. Any signs of a pulley that is not rotating with the engine is a sign of the component attached to the pulley begining to seize. Whether this is a power-steering pump, A/C compressor or other pulley driven item, it should be inspected or possibly replaced by a qualified individual.
Yes it would because if the glass was clear the prism would reflect off of the light and go right through the glass.
My '89 Accord just began idling like that. It turns out that two of the belts broke yesterday, so maybe your belts are on the verge of breaking. Mine has been idling like that for just a few days before the belts broke.
Defective clutch or bad bearings. It could also be that the belt is just worn out or too loose.
Knickknack.

It sounds like you have a belt that slips when you take off. This will cause a high pitched squeal.
I have a 99 and had a nasty squeal that would be intermittant upon acceleration, I changed the belts (upper and lower) and used Gatorbacks (belts by Goodyear), and the squeal is gone.. Don't know if this is the problem or not, but it will only cost you about 50 bucks and hour worth of your time to find out. Good luck!
After I had my belts replaced my a/c belt squealed the next day. But I returned to have it adjusted (mechanic said it probably would need it) and it's been fine since. Belts loosen up just a bit when new, I was told.
If the squealing noise is coming from the drive belts, perhaps they need to be replaced or one of the accessories has bad bearings and is seizing up when it gets hot.
I would replace them, There probably worn out. Once they get alot of miles on them they get a coating also that makes them squeal.
You may need to tighten your belts. The power steering unit can be low on fluid.
Incorrect tension, or contamination. A bad bearing in the alternator, A/C compressor, etc will cause excessive stress on the belt, and it will squeal as is slides over the stiff parts. Also, serpentine belts are very sensitive to grease or oil. DO NOT use traditional V-belt dressing on a serpentine belt. The least it will do is squeal. At worst, it will pop off while the engine is running and you're under the hood looking at something. They have quite the bite when they let go.
WHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!
There is no such thing as a circle prism. The closest thing to a circle prism would be a cylinder.
Because if it did not , it would not be a prism!
A prism cannot be used to name an ordered pair.
There is afew things that can make it squeal like the belt is worn and old or power steering fluid low or pump going out.
