Sometimes a car stalls when driving though water because water got sucked up into the engine. This can cause a lot of damage, so don't attempt to restart the car after it stalls. Have the car towed so the engine can be stripped down and drained of the water.
Bad ignition coil? Bad fuel pump?
A faulty alternator will cause those symptoms. You might want to get t checked out.
The heart is a pump and move blood through the blood vessels.
Replace the fuel filter and have the ignition module checked.
A bad wheel bearing can cause your tire to tilt inward. The motion of the tire tilt thing in word, while you are driving, can cause the axle to break and the tire to come off.
Not that I know of but have a mechanic check to see if there is a stick or something caught behind a wheel.
going through a deep puddle will cause water to get into your Distributor causing the spark plugs not to fire, take off the distributor cap and make sure its dry as a bone
A bad tire can cause your 2002 Honda Civic to jerk while driving. A bad ball joint can also cause this issue.
A normal puddle on the road should not damage the fan. If the water is deep, then water could get inside of the fan connectors or the fans themselves, and cause failure.
the egntion
maybe needs gas filter
Dirty fuel filter or air filter.
Your spark plug wires are probibly wet where they get contact with the plugs so just dry them off
be cause a neon is a crappy brand with lots of technical and motor problems
speed sensor
it must have gotten sucked in through the carburetor. a deep puddle could cause a large splash of water and some amount of that water must have gone into the air cleaner and got sucked into the motor that way.
If you mean 'cut off' as in the car dies while driving its probably your alternator.
