This is subjective. Since you're not asking about COST, but WORTH - consider that mobility and being pain free have different value to different people. Someone who's an athlete, or a mother, or a busy commuter would probably highly value mobility and use of their hips, and someone who has had nerve damage and can't feel pain in his hip is not going to be concerned about alleviating pain as someone who is in excrutiating pain.
