No i don't think so because the holes have a different pattern!
They will fit technically based on bolt pattern but the offset on the rims are different. The 06 wheels (which are larger in dia. too) will rub on the front leaf springs of the 04 and older superdutys. Adapters are available (so i am told) to allow the newer larger rims to fit.

Use aftermarket 1/2" bulge lug nuts atleast 1.45 inches long.The 2002-06 factory center caps will not fit the front hubs on the 1994-01 Ram.
