No. You need to remove the head(s) and have the head(s) checked for cracks and straightness, then install the head(s) with new head gaskets. Most head gasket manufactured are assembled dry, no sealants.

blown head gasket
take it to a mechanic, unless you are a mechanic, then say "oh crap i am screwed"
I'm in the process of fixing a blown head gasket on my 1994 Pontiac Grand Am GT I'm pretty sure the clicking you're talking about is probably the sound of your engine missing. When coolant gets into the cylinders it causes the engine to misfire. If I were you I wouldn't worry about the clicking noise so much as the fact that you're driving with a blown head gasket and ruining your engine.I'd at least get some head gasket sealant from Autozone if nothing else.
The car will start but it will run rough and will probably overheat and cause worse problems.
anywhere from 1200 to 1500 bucks if you havent cracked the head
No compression could mean a blown head gasket, cracked head or cylinder.
Could be a multitude of reasons: Low coolant, defective radiator, leaky hoses, blown head gasket...
replace the head gasket
how to replace a distributor gasket on a 2000 Pontiac grand am 3.4l
over heating ,bad radiator cap or blown head gasket
Signs of a blown head gasket are: White smoke that has a sweet smell coming from the exhaust. Loosing coolant with no apparent leak. Coolant mixed with the oil, which will look milky. Air bubbles in the radiator when the engine is started cold with the radiator cap removed. A cooling system bleed down test will verify a blown gasket or leak. Finally a compression test will verify a blown gasket or cracked head.
