I really don't think so, because it's 17 years old. But it's always possible that when Naoko Takeuchi's done her current manga, she might start writing again. All we can do is hope (:
Buzz Lightyear from the Toy Story films is named after Buzz Aldrin who was the second man to step upon the Moon .
The moon's synodic period, the time it takes to come back to the same phase relative to the Earth and Sun, varies but, on average, is 29.53 days.
One example is how light an astronaut weighed when standing on the moon. As there is very little gravity on the moon, the astronaut was able to jump much higher than he could back on earth.

This could be a tough one, but the BIGGEST recent one would have to be the 'water on the moon' test. NASA crashed a probe (on purpose) to see if there is water on the moon. The data's come back, but we still don't know!

Techincally, both. Anime in the end is a cartoon (=animated series/movie) so as Sailor Moon is an anime, it's also a cartoon.
Uh, well, a couple of years ago in the USA, Cartoon network had a program schedule called 'Toonami', which showed anime and such. Before sailor moon they would play a show called 'Reboot', which was a 3D animated cartoon about life in a computer. Don't know if that helps any.
Sailor moon herself doesn't actually exist, because sailor moon is a cartoon/Anime charactor, however the spirit of sailor moon does exist and is not a fake. You have to believe in sailor moon for her to exist.
That is Bishojo Senshi Sailor Moon, or just "Sailor Moon" in English.
Yes Sailor Moon came back as an anime that is being called Sailor Moon Crystal and it premiered on July 5th, 2014.
