yes, but it must be a herbal antidepressant as there are no chemicals that will harm your health.
No, a pulse oximeter does not help people with history of heart attacks. In fact, it may worsen it. A pulse oximetry changes the rate of the pulses, which may develop and contribute to a heart attack.
For humans, a pulse rate less than 20 beats per minute might, if you were lucky, give you just enough time to get to a hospital emergency room for help!
No
See a cardiologist. Many things can cause high pulse. If your pulse has suddenly gotten higher out of nowhere, and has stayed that way, it could be caused by many things. Hormone problems, anemia, or blood clots can cause high pulse out of nowhere that doesn't go down. If the cardiologist doesn't help, see another one or perhaps see a hematologist or pulmonologist. I had rapid pulse and ended up having a pulmonary embolism, which was caused by birth control, even though i was young & healthy.
Your pulse is found wherever you have arteries. Veins do not have pulses as the pressure in veins is much less than in arteries. You have arteries throughout your body as that is how your body gets new oxygen. Veins take the blood back to the heart and lungs to get more oxygen to take to the arteries. Since the veins are farther from the side of the heart that has the newly oxygenated blood the pressure in them is less. How strong the pulse is depends on how large of an artery you feel it in. Glad to help(:
Chantix. While not an antidepressant, it is similar to Wellbutrin which is an antidepressant, and is also used to help smoking cessation.
I would think that taking anti anxiety med and antidepressant would help calm one in order that there would be a good BP reading.

no trazodone is simply an antidepressant that is unlike any other antidepressant, study's have shown that trazadone is probably the least affective antidepressant, but it is mainly prescribed for sleep problems because its primary and strong side affect is sedation. many people think it is addictive because they get it for sleep, but unlike ambien, lunesta, and other actual sleeping pills. trazodone is not addictive
No, but some mood stabilizers have antidepressant properties. Research indicates lithium, Seroquel®, and Zyprexa® may help lift depression when used alone or in combination with an antidepressant.
