Does the battery have enough cold cranking amps? like 800
No way we can tell from here. If the engine cranks, it is not the battery. The battery can be good and the engine not crank due to other problems. Sorry, but we really cannot diagnose by remote control.
have you replaced and or tested both coils? are you getting no spark on the intake and the exaust sides?
Check all of your fuses both in the fuse box in the van and under the hood.
try to change the ignition coil.
have the cables been checked. same happened to my 87 same problem found it was the orgnial cables needed to be replaced.
If the battery turns the engine over as it should then the battery is good.
check battery
check your battery or you spark plugs
its not your ignition its your crankshaft sensor that's the same problem i had.
your alternator ain't charging your battery or a bad connection draining the battery
try the distributor module . may not be getting fire.
Sounds like you have a dead battery.
Check your other fuses and relays; you blew other fuses or relays; these should be located in the master fuse block under hood.
1995 ford ranger 4wd cranks over but no spark, replaced crank sensor Check battery power to coil connector, if that is good coil can be tested w/multimeter.
