PULL UP PASSENGER SIDE HANDLE AND HOLD IT UP WHILE YOU TURN THE KEY IN THE LOCK EITHER LEFT OR RIGHT........I DONT REMEMBER WHICH WAY THIS WILL UNLOCK THE DOOR ....DEPENDS ON THE YEAR
