Freedom of speech is the 1st amendment l, but it doesn't mean that if you're in a library you can have a very loud obnoxious conversation. Freedom of speech can be used in everyday scenarios such as freedom to protest, the right to say anything to anyone, as long as its not considered a threat, for the others safety authorities may remove you from the premises.
