Fashion trends have changed a ton over the past five to ten years. Wearing pajamas everywhere came and went, and putting tons of black makeup around the eyes is not nearly as common as it used to be.

A line-dresses are still in fashion today but not so much. Now, women prefer to wear maxis and tops. The fashion trends have become more modern and also more revealing. This is also because women want to look trendy and revealing now. They are broad-minded and want to be independent choosing to wear whatever they want. This is why and how fashion trends have changed from the 1940s.
