Well... lots of things! For one hair styles have changed because women often wore their hair up in complicated styles and wore hats, whereas now people have short shocking styles with dye. The men wore their hair slicked back and often wore a hat as well. There was also a difference of class and therefore rich people wore more expensive clothing materials like silk, poorer people wore cotton. Women wore long dresses and skirts, poor women had simple garments and richer people had plenty of complicated lacey patterns. Rich men wore suits and poor men wore simple trousers and shirts.
