If you use quality hair, yes, & if they're applied & maintained well, they're great & a little more "permanent" than clip-in extensions.
Depends on how you want it. A full sewin is at least 150 depends on the salon and the area.
For good quality extensions, expect to pay $200. GOOD human hair extensions are not cheap.
If you are getting your sister hair extensions, I would not recommend randomly buying a set of extensions, and then presenting them to her. Good hair extensions need to be fitted to the person's head and hair color. Check out hairextensions.com.
EXTENSIONS or THE NEW EXTENSIONER
At the moment yes, she does have really good thick hair without the extensions though, jealous much!!!
Human hair is used in hair extensions as it gives the most natural and authentic look. Such extensions are available at all good hairdressers or can be purchased online at sites such as Love Hair Extensions.
Just say 'are you any good with hair extensions' to them. They won't mind. Don't be shy you wuss.
Visit http://www.hairextensions.com/ for details on clip hair extensions. You can purchase them from that site. Price will determine whether they are as good as permanent ones.

Cheap isn't always better; good, quality hair will be worth the value. You can, however, purchase cheap human hair extensions on ebay.
NO HE DOES NOT HAVE EXTENSIONS IN HIS HAIR.
Well, eBay is always good. I'm not sure about anywhere else. But by the way, if you want good, real-looking hair extensions, try and get human hair extensions. They work really well and look really good. You can get them in all different colors too. Sorry I couldn't help more.
