No. None of the primates feed primarily on blood. There is a species of bat that does, but human/bat chimera would not be possible without advanced genetic engineering techniques which we have yet to develop.

In the movies humans are depicted as transforming into werewolves in the moonlight. Such transformations have never been observed. In addition, it is often the case the werewolf mass increases, in violating of fundamental laws of conservation of mass/energy. Neither wolves nor humans exhibit the plasticity of skeletal features that would accommodate such transformations. Hair has never been known to grow so rapidly, nor to be sucked back into the skin during the reverse transformation. (The original fictional werewolf character probably shaved after episodes).
