No, unfortunately. My girlfriend was born in November and the mineral of that month is pearl so I had to do some research on the subject. They do come in varying shapes though. Theirs essentially eight different shapes: round, semi-round, button, drop, pear, oval, baroque, and circled. ( baroque are the odd ones.)

Well all natural, fresh out of the sea peals are oval shape not circular. But if the pearl has been worked on it will have that stereotypical round, circular shape.
