To create a padded mailer you need 2 pieces of heavy paper, bubble wrap, and rubber cement. Cut piece one to the desired package size. Cut piece two one and a half inches smaller on all sides. Create two sheets of bubble wrap that are the same size as the smaller paper. Glue bubble wrap to the center of each paper. Wait until dry. Apply rubber cement on the larger paper's left, right, and bottom one and a half inch perimeter. Place smaller sheet upon larger sheet. The bubble sides must be facing each other. Fold the larger sheet's now glued perimeter so that the glued paper is attached to the non bubble wrap side of the smaller paper. Crease all folds. Wait until dry. Before mailing you must apply rubber cement to top flap, and fold shut.
