I used to love making crafts from bottle caps with my friends and presenting them to my parents. The way I learned it was very simple.
Things you need:
1 Bottle Cap
Magazine
Scissors
Glitter Glue
Varnish
Magnet
Elmers Glue
Step 1:
Get a nickel and place it over a picture or magazine and trace it with a pen. Cut the image out.
Step 2:
Get some glitter glue and cover the bottom part of the bottle cap until the bottom cannot be seen. Don't put too much!
Step 3:
Place the picture gently onto the glitter and wait for it to dry.
Step 4:
When dry, paint a thin layer of Elmers Glue over the picture to protect it against the varnish in the next step.
Step 5:
Pour varnish over the picture until it reaches the brim of the bottle cap and wait for it to dry. It can take up to 4 days to dry, depending on how much varnish you put on it.
Step 6:
When the varnish dries, take a magnet and glue to the bottom of the bottle cap. Enjoy!
