You can regain enamel by drinking milk anf using toothpastes with high concentrates of fluorides and calcium I hope this helps Glad to help Jordan @Jordan

You simply cannot regrow enamel. It is a substance, not a bone. Calcium helps make your bones stronger, and there are other sources besides milk. As for the toothpaste, you are thinking of whiteners or those products that claim they can protect your enamel. But the base line is, you cannot regrow enamel.

Which tissue of the tooth is incapable of growth after complete development but is capable of remineralization?

The tissue of the tooth that is incapable of growth after complete development but can undergo remineralization is enamel. Once fully formed, enamel cannot regenerate or grow, but it can regain minerals lost due to demineralization through the process of remineralization, often aided by fluoride and saliva. This ability helps repair early stages of tooth decay.

Enamel lamellae are defects in tooth enamel that result from incomplete mineralization, while cracks in enamel are actual fractures in the enamel surface that can extend into deeper layers. Enamel lamellae are usually superficial and do not necessarily compromise the structural integrity of the tooth, whereas cracks can weaken the enamel and potentially lead to tooth sensitivity or decay.
