No. Even a physician cannot be that precise. A conception date is the best guess based on information you gave of your last menstruation and observable signs from your pelvic examination. The "conception date" is a rough estimate-- but it can be off by a number of days. If you only had sex once during 2 menstrual cycles and you happened to memorialize the date on a calendar, you still could not say you got pregnant on that exact date because sperm can live up to 72 hours in the female's body if the conditions are optimum.
