I assume that you need to lower the height, since most bikes have plenty of suspension. If you are referring to seat height, you can cut the foam down or I believe the company name is Tru Technologies offers lowered subframes. As far as the suspension goes, several companies make lowering links. Another option is to have a suspension shop shorten the forks and shock together which lowers the bike the same front and rear (you do lose an inch or two of suspension travel, but you do when you use sag or the link as well). This keeps the geometry and handling the same. Its also reversable if the person gets taller or you want to sell the bike.
you adjust them by buying new ones and installing them.
well?

It is very possible that every height can fit on a motorcycle. People of shorter stature may need to have custom bikes.
A chain adjuster is a device to adjust the chain tension on a motorcycle.
To adjust the height of an object using the "how to put height" method, you can follow these steps: Identify the object you want to adjust the height of. Determine the desired height you want to achieve. Use appropriate tools or mechanisms to physically change the height of the object, such as adjusting legs or using shims. Make sure the object is stable and secure at the new height. By following these steps, you can effectively adjust the height of an object using the "how to put height" method.
