Write everything you need to on the paper first!Then make a cup of tea how you usually would but without the milk, leave it for a minute, then dab the tea bag all over the paper and leave to dry. for a even more authentic look you can burn holes in it using a lighter, but do it outside and get your tea bag ready to but the fire out so it doesn't burn all your work out!!
