To make a Trebuchet like Yesteryears, they used more then one component, wood, rope, metal, to make a trebuchet out of one component would be difficult if not impossible. BUT: your 2 fingers, a rubber-band, and a tight raped piece of paper is one way. If you want to mimic Trebuchet"s of old, spread glue on paper and roll it real tight for your up-rights, braces and arms, use string and glue to bind together, use a rubber-band for your resistance. You should have a picture to guide you. (I hope this helps)
Trebuchet is catapult that uses weight to fire.
Trebuchet MS was created in 1996.
LIFE LIFE
the trebuchet was believed to have started in china around 300 bc
It depends on the computer. A laptop could be thrown under-arm. For a Cray 1 you should build a ballista or a heavy duty trebuchet.
The trebuchet was much like a catapult. It was replaced with the cannon, and later, firearms.
A trebuchet uses the force of gravity to propel its projectile. The counterweight falling creates kinetic energy, which is transferred to the arm of the trebuchet and then to the projectile, launching it forward. Additionally, the leverage provided by the long arm of the trebuchet amplifies this force.
Hard to build Expensive to build Took a long time to build The castle can be penetrated by a trebuchet or a catapult After the drawbridge is destroyed the inside is defenceless There is more specialized skills needed to build it The stone is heavy and hard to transport Took a long time to build
As far as i know there are three: the basic catapult, trebuchet, and the floating arm trebuchet.
A trebuchet is defined as a machine used in medieval siege warfare for hurling large stones or other missiles. The first trebuchet was invented by the Chinese in the 4th century BC.
