How many bags of cement am I going to need, for a screed floor finish in 5.4m³?
An Average of 2400 kg, with a ratio of 1:3 Cement and Sand
The acceptable standard is 4:1 (That is 4 wheelbarrows of sand to TWO bags cement) as the volume of a wheelbarrow is roughly double that of a 50kg bag of cement. Lots of builders get "confused" by this.

To prepare a surface for tiling using screed sand, follow these best practices: Clean the surface thoroughly to remove any dirt, debris, or grease. Ensure the surface is level and smooth by using a screed sand mix to fill in any uneven areas. Use a primer or bonding agent to help the screed sand adhere to the surface. Allow the screed sand to dry completely before tiling to ensure a strong bond.
Grano Screed is a type of flooring. The flooring is a tile-type of flooring. You need to use cement to put the flooring down.
Unfortunately not. You require a 0-4mm sharp sand which can be purchased through most builders merchants. The mix should be approximately 1:4 Cement / Sand ratio. Mix to an earthy consistency and compact well. The cement is the conductor of the heat. Good luck with the project.
for 100sft or 100cft
Simply calculate volume of sand as you calculated volume of cement to be used, just don't multiply it with 1440, divide by 50 as in case of calculating cement.you will get your answer in m3 of sand.
