To change the spark plug on a Suzuki JR 80, first, ensure the bike is turned off and cool. Remove the spark plug cap and use a spark plug socket and ratchet to unscrew the old spark plug from the cylinder head. Before installing the new spark plug, check the gap with a feeler gauge and adjust it if necessary. Finally, screw in the new spark plug by hand, then tighten it securely with the socket, and reattach the spark plug cap.

First of all, once a spark plug fouls it must be replaced with a new one. The plug is ruined and will continue to foul. If new plugs continue to foul, it could be too rich fuel mixture from problems in the carb. It could mean the piston, rings, or cylinder is worn and needs to be fixed, replaced or the cylinder be bored. Make sure it is not getting too much oil.
