Jack up the vehicle and remove the tire. You will need to use a 16mm socket or wrench to remove the brake caliper. Once it is off you will need a metric Allen wrench to remove the set screw that holds the rotor in place. Once you have removed the set screw the rotor will come right off. If you have 4 wheel disc brakes, the procedure is the same for the rear but you may have to give the rotor some hits with a rubber hammer to get it off of the parking brake.
