How do you change the spark plugs on Peugeot 306 S16?

Lift the plastic cover off the top of the engine the Air filter lid is towards the back of the engine.loosen star bolts with an Allen key and lift lid towards you. The filter is inside. Replace and refit lid and plastic cover

If by S16 you mean a Phase1 S16 then you need to take off the coil pack coverplate, the one that the fuel lines' securing metal plate is bolted onto. So 8 bolts need to be undone. Then you see the coil packs, 4 of them. Unclip them one by one and gently wiggle them out. The spark plugs are now accessible. I would recommend doing the swap one at a time so the coil packs can be placed back to their original cylinder.

You will need the right specified oil grade for your engine and the right oil filter (check with the dealership)

Warm engine (not too hot!) then switch off engine Open oil filler cap

Lift car to reach drain plug and get a container with at least a 5l capacity (the bigger the better as long as it can fit under the car where u can pour the old oil

Have container ready to catch oil, open drain plug under car with wrench, use hand to unscrew when the plug is loose so u don't drop the drain plug in the container

Wait for oil to drain

Remove and replace oil filter

Wait for oil to drain again

Pour a cup of new oil let it come out of drain plug and now close the drain plug

Remove lift

Pour the right amount of oil in the engine use the dip stick to help you.

Close the oil filler cap start engine do not rev it and let it warm up or drive very slowly.

Always check the dipstick if you need top ups regularly

Hope you service other parts as well fuel filter, spark plugs, air filter etc.
