To make it faster:
What you do is click on the 'effects' tab. Then, search for the title 'fast/slow/reverse'. It will then show the highlighted clip on the preview screen, and there will be a line with a triangle in the middle with 'slower' and 'faster' indicated on either side of the line. Move this either which way to speed it up or slow it down.
Or you can make amini vid on the webcam and the drag it to the bottom higlight click clip ajustments and in the middle it says covert clip. I put the speed on 150 because my voice is kinda deep..... but for someone who is eleven or so i suggest 160
hoped this helped!
Both the Garageband and iMovie (found in a Mac's Application folder) can be used to change the sound of a voice. Amusing results can be achieved with the addition of Voice Candy software. (See links below)
Well, you can click edit video and change the speed. You will have to do a voice over since, the audio is in the video.
In Imovie HD, you can get the "squeaky voice" by going into audio fx, selecting pitch changer, and changing the slider around "chipmunk". However, if you have the Imovie '08/'09, the only thing you can do is speed up the video.
In Imovie HD, you can change the pitch of your voice by selecting audio fx, selecting pitch changer, and changing the slider to whatever selection you choose. However, if you have Imovie '09, the only way to change the pitch of your voice is to speed it up, or slow it down.

Imovie HD is close to imovie
You can't change the key of the audio played back in iMovie. You will need to load the song into an audio editor like Logic or Audacity or Peak to change the key first.
iMovie doesn't support Audio Units plugins, so you'll have to export the sound of the movie using the Quicktime Export -> Sound to Wave option, and then use the Vocal Transformer in Garageband to pitch shift your voice up. Share back to iTunes, and then import it back into the movie.
