It's pretty easy to clean a CamelBak. It's mostly like cleaning any other bottle, but I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher. You have to scrub it by hand. Take off the belley, (or the part that you drink) off and simply clean it. The top's harder, since there's three parts: the sucker, the straw, and the cap. Tug the straw that's connected to the sucker and cap off and clean it, then put it back on. (if you don't know how to do this, watch a YouTube video), then take your sucker cap off and clean that to. (Watch youtube videos to understand this). What's leftover is the cap, and after taking off straw & sucker, clean the cap. Hope this helps.
