1st. You must practice jumping. This may sound stupid but it play a major part. While jumping you must move your shoulder the opposite direction of your legs.

2nd. Practice clicking your heels together while sitting down. This will help you in your final performance.

3rd. try it all together! This move will take time, your first attempt will not be perfect, but i assure you keep practicing and you will be an expert!
