To disconnect the door chime on a 2011 Toyota Tacoma, locate the chime module, which is typically found beneath the dashboard, near the driver's side. You can unplug the connector to disable the chime. Alternatively, you might also remove the fuse associated with the door chime from the fuse box. Always refer to your owner’s manual for specific instructions and precautions.
Is your chime continuing after cranking vehicle and door is closed. If so, there is an electrical switch in the door that gets stuck. Use a spray lubricant inside the door latch to free switch.
Find and remove or disconnect the chime relay.
There is an approx 3X2 inch black box under dash near fuse panel. Just grab and pull out.

door chime is part of the lock tumbler inside the cloumn
there is a fuse in the fuse panel that controls the door chime
It should be located under the dashboard. usually behind the center console (heater controls, stereo etc...) You should be able to just pull out the wire that is fitted into it. But be careful. The same chime is used to let you know if you've left your headlights on, or your keys in the ignition.
