Requires more skill than the average do-it-yourselfer has. You must remove the upper intake manifold and valve covers then using a Ford kit which contains various shims in various thicknesses, measure the gap between valve and can lobe and install the correct shim on top of the valve to bring the gap back to specs. In other words....Pay the 500 bucks and take it to a Ford mechanic.
