There are a few different types of star that can be drawn including a six pointed star and a five pointed star. Generally the best was to draw a perfect star is either with a lot of practice or to use a stencil.
For 5 pointed star use repeat 5 [fd 100 rt 144]
Chrysler uses a 5 pointed star. I know of none that uses or has used a 7 pointed star.
To draw an 8-pointed star, start by drawing a regular octagon, which is an eight-sided polygon. Then, draw a line segment connecting the opposite vertices of the octagon, crossing over its center.
