A soccer ball and a pump
you need a balloon and a needle like a pump needle or a cooking needle. blow the balloon up to the max and use a paperclip to keep the air in the balloon. then cut off the tip of the balloon. afterwards use it to keep the needle in the balloon then put the needle in the ball take the clip off and wait. it might not inflate it all the way up but it will do some good until you get a real pump.
If you have a nozzle adaptor and the proper vehicle to carry it back home, I suppose you could do it. Alternatively, you could invest in an electric pump that you'd carry in your car for other emergencies.
The air pressure goes down when cooled, goes up when heated. A soccer ball left outdoors in freezing weather does not have much bounce. Left outside on a hot day, has a lot of bounce.
This is an accessory item to the fill pump.
