How do you fix a corrupted memory card for ps2?

I found a room with someone asking the same question and someone said to put a CD with songs into the system while it is off. Close the system and turn it on, then go to the memory space from browser and delet the corrupted data. I thought the man was stupid but I tried it. The this is I have 2 memory cards and on each memory card there is 2 corrupted datas. I was only able to delet one corrupted data from the memory card in slot one and none from the other card... So it does work and it's worth a shot as it clears at least one corrupt space. Good luck with the fancy stuff and Kudos to the man with the idea. :-D

well get in you memory card and then click on the currupted data and dealte well if you can get it delate go though all your games and so if there are currupted data

Once data is corrupted you can't use it. For example if your disc is scratched, the disc now has corrupted data. You now need a new disc.

On my PS3,I just delete the data because I can't figure out why my save data gets corrupted.

Just click the pic of the memory card on the browser screen, find the data, click on it, delete option will be @ bottom. hope i helped.

Is it really possible to even get a corrupted memory card on the ps2
as i never had that problem

on the ps1 i did but never ps2
