I had similar problem with my Scenic, the problem was with the drainage tubes at the front corners being blocked.
I used a length of wire to clear them.
hope this helps

A very good chance you may have a crack, or hole or split in your chassis or a leak thru the door, or even a leak in sunroof.
To determine if your Renault Megane Scenic has an oil leak, look for signs such as oil spots or puddles under the vehicle after it has been parked. Check the oil level using the dipstick; if it's low, it may indicate a leak. Additionally, inspect the engine and surrounding areas for any visible oil residue or wetness. If you notice a burning oil smell or see smoke, it may also suggest an oil leak that needs immediate attention.

To fix a sunroof leak in a 2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse, first inspect the sunroof seals for any visible damage or wear. Clean the drainage channels located at the corners of the sunroof frame to ensure they are not clogged with debris, as this can cause water to pool and leak. If the seals are damaged, replace them with new ones, and consider applying a silicone sealant for extra protection. Finally, test the sunroof to ensure it closes properly and check for any leaks after heavy rainfall.
Master cylinder reservoir is located on the bulkhead. If you mean where is it going. as the front brake pads wear down the master cylinder level drops slightly. A sudden drop in level indicates a leak somewhere in the system.
