Hi, Over the years I've collected quite a few Autographs of celebrities. I usually get them by asking the celebrities to send me one or bring them in the shop on their second visit ,but in your case you will have to find the agencie or channel that works with the celebrity usually on the channel/agencey sites you will find a email that you can request an autographed picture from without sending a picture off.
