To remove paint from a micro suede couch, first, gently scrape off any excess paint using a plastic spatula or a soft cloth. Dampen a clean cloth with rubbing alcohol or a mixture of mild soap and water, then blot the stained area—avoid rubbing to prevent damaging the fabric. Rinse the cloth and dab the area again to remove any residue, then let it air dry. If the stain persists, consider consulting a professional upholstery cleaner.

If you could find a way to remove the nap from areas you want to paint, like some form of embossing, that would work. Otherwise, applique on it or embroider on it to get the color and design.

Let it sit for a few hours before gently brushing off the powder. Finally, use a suede brush to gently scrub the area and remove any remaining residue.
