The tail light is an assembly. The lens is not removable. To replace a bulb you remove the assembly by opening the liftgate, removing two fasteners, and pulling the light rearward.
The map light on a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT is changed gently prying the edge of the cover to reveal the bulb. The bulb can then be popped out and a new bulb installed.

The Dodge Caravan brake light fuse can be found in the fuse box. The fuse box is located in the engine compartment. The location of the fuse can be found on the inside cover of the fuse box.

To reset the change oil light on a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, first turn the ignition to the "ON" position without starting the engine. Press the accelerator pedal three times within 10 seconds. From outside,take a screws out to get light assembly loose and remove light socket from back of assembly and channge your light bulb,then put it back.
To change the dome light on a Caravan,slip a thin object like a flat-edge screwdriver under the silver frame and GENTLY pry off. The white plastic cover is attached to the silver frame with a couple of plastic tabs. It can be removed to get washed, etc. Once this assembly is hanging down from the ceiling, the bulb can be accessed and replaced. To put the cover back, simply replace the white cover in the silver frame and push firmly into the ceiling until you hear it click into place.
