To remove the front seat from a 1973 Duster, start by sliding the seat all the way forward to access the rear mounting bolts. Use a socket wrench to remove the bolts securing the seat to the floor. Once the rear bolts are out, slide the seat back to access and remove the front bolts. After all bolts are removed, carefully lift the seat out of the vehicle.

Under the passenger side of the car just in front of the rear wheel.
It's on the back side of the oil pan.
You have to take the grill etc off first then simply remove all of the bolts holding it on.
I'm pretty sure that takes a 7mm Allen key.

Take it to an alignment specialist and have it done, you can't do this at home and get it set right.
