The way to have a three-way phone call is to first call one person. Next, put the first person on hold and call the second person. Once the second person has connected, join the first person into the conversation. This will allow all three people to be on the three way phone call.

To make a three way call is fairly easy but can take some practice without hanging up on people.

1. Make a phone call to one party first.

2. Tell them to hold on then hang up and listen for the dial tone.

3. Now dial the second party and wait to hear the ringing tone.

4. Click the hang up button one more time and all three of you should be on the line.
