You can't really tell until a while after they have mated. After a while the female dog becomes rounder and crankier and the male may run out on roads looking for the female dog. If you haven't noticed anything you'd probably notice when the dog has the pups.
IF YOU THINK YOUR DOG IS PREGNANT YOU MUST CONSULT A VET!

Unless you actually see the dogs "tie" you probably won't know until she shows signs of pregnancy which can be a week before whelping. Typically when trying to breed you would have the two dogs in a controlled setting where you can keep an eye on them. If they truly mate they will be tied or stuck together for a period of time. If you did not observe the tie and really want to know; it is possible to have a ultra sound done on the dog to see if she is carrying puppies.
well it depends if she mated with 2 different dogs then the puppy would look like its dad(the 1 she mated with). but if they were the same i don't know
You'll know when your dove has mated if you hear sounds that your dove hasn't made.
Fertile eggs
Around two months the same as dogs that are not inbreed dogs
Usually if the female is in heat any male dog will mate with her
Well, if your dog mated with another one, then technically it would be its boy/girlfriend.
don't know but that would be funny
No. Because you CANT mate your dogs on Nintendogs. You can say that they are 'in love' but it is not possible for them to have puppies.
You don't ever really find out, until the eggs hatch, or not hatch in the spring. Because, even if she has not mated, she will still lay eggs.
They sure do! This is not anything unusual. Our Walker hound "mated" with one of our females. She even went into a false pregnancy. Got milk and everything.
Tamed is an anagram for mated.
Controlled, selective breeding.
