Don't put a collar around your rats neck, you WILL put it at risk of strangulation. They are not like dogs who generally hang out on the floor. They climb and fall and it will get stuck on things and possibly kill the rat.

2.gray troders

3.a gray hat

4.a big long bit off pink string not to long

5.6 pipe cleners

6.2 googley eys

7.a pink pom pom

8.gray bit off felt a big one

first get your hat put the googley eys on the hat the hat get the pink pom pom stick it on then get your pipe clenrs put them next to the pom pom 3 on one side 3 on the oder side then get your gray flet get a pen drawr two tryangls cut them out stick them on or so it with is better then sala taep your stiring on the back off your trodreres then put your t shirt on your trodreres on then your hat then you will be wering a rat costume
