I belife you can buy a set; but i you want to make one your self you can cut wings out of cardboard or wood, and a frame. Glue it together make a propler, add a hook on the end, and put a hook on the back of the airplane. String a rubber band from the hooks. Rotat the propler, which should spin the rubber band thus spining the propler which will pass air throught the wings and send the airplane flying.
