2pt raspberries
Vodka
2tbsp sugar (divide in half)
1) fill the first mason jar with 1pt raspberries and 1tbsp sugar--close, give it a swirl to distribute sugar & set aside 20 min. (this helps release the juice).
2) pour vodka into mason jar--enough to cover raspberries, swirl to combine.
3) Store in your cabinet, swirling once a day for a 2 weeks.
4) After 2 weeks, repeat step 1 with the second mason jar.
5) After your 2nd jar has set 20min, strain your first jar into the second; swirl and repeat step 3.
6) Discard the berries from the first jar, clean and reserve for final step.
7) Final Step! Strain your raspberry mixture into the clean mason jar and viola--delicious homemade raspberry extract!
