Actually, if you are referring to being able to make text on a web page bigger, there are several ways to do that. There is a blog on "The Computer Cat's Corner" that gives details on how to make text bigger for IE, Firefox, Safari, and other browsers for the Windows & Mac computers.

To make the text box bigger in Premiere Pro, you can adjust the size by clicking and dragging the corners of the text box in the program's editing interface.

You have to download MSN Plus for your computer. Then you can have gradient backgrounds and text for your name and writing text. You can also choose from a range of colours for your writing text a custom colour chart.
