Use a pair of channel locks or pliers with a mouth opening large enough to grab both sides. Squeeze ends together and move clamp off neck of the radiator.

If it is a V8 Then follow the bottom radiator hose to the engine and it will clamp onto the thermostat housing. Remove that housing and it's there. If it is a V6 then follow the top radiator hose to the engine and it will clamp onto the thermostat housing. Then do the samething.
The best way to drain any radiator is to remove the lower radiator hose from the block and/or radiator. Compress the spring clamp located on either end of the lower hose and pull back about three inches. After doing so you will be able to remove the hose from its inlet. I'm not sure about this particular car but not all radiators have a drain plug. If you cannot locate the drain plug then simply remove the bottom radiator hose to drain the radiator. Keep in mind that you may need to replace the hose clamp if it has the one-use factory style clamp. The drain plug is directly below your upper radiator hose at the bottom of the radiator.
