Always dress out and participate. In school, the purpose of PE is for developing social skills, sportsmanship, and fitness in every student. You should always try your best, whether you're training, playing sports, or discussing anything with your coach. Outside of PE class, you should run often, play sports with some friends, work out, and eat lavish fruits and vegetables. You should also get at least nine hours of sleep every night to recharge enough energy for the next day. It's recommended you join a sports team to get more out of exercise and the fun of it all.
