First you pray a duaa that is at the back of the Quraan...Then make duaa (SUPPLICATION)..... Then put a mat on the floor and stand up say ALLAHHU AKBAR then go into sajdah and say ALLAHHU AKBAR again and get up ...Repeat this for 14 times.....
